Trent has been in the home service industry for many years, first as a handyman, a restoration rebuild specialist, as a healthy home remodel contractor, and now as a mold specialist. He is Certified through the iicrc in the s500 protocols as a water damage mitigation technician and s520 protocols for mold and microbial remediation. He is certified through the epa for asbestos and lead abatement, as a certified mold remediator through NORMI, has done training on proper use of thermal imaging as an infrared moisture detection specialist, and most importantly, has received comprehensive training from some of the industry leaders in CIRS protocols for remediation and inspections. Honey the mold dog has done extensive mold training from trainers who specialize in mold detection, bomb detection, drug detection, search and rescue, cadaver recovery, cancer detection, seizure detection, diabetes/low blood sugar alert detection, and more. This cross training help ensure the best methods and techniques are employed to ensure that she is the best mold dog possible.

Our inspection services generally include, a walk through so you can show us any areas of concern or areas of past water damage or mold, a thorough visual inspection, thermal imaging/moisture meter use, use of an endoscope to look inside walls while keeping damage to a minimum, and of course, Honey the mold dog. If we find areas of concern, we investigate into those areas to try to determine the extent of mold growth as much as we can. Pricing for a full inspection generally starts around $1300 for homes in the phoenix metro area, but is dependent on home size. Homes outside the phoenix metro area generally start around $1500. For smaller inspections in specific areas of the home, minimum price is around $500
